Hotel Policies


Accommodation Policy:

Accommodation policy defines how it treats accommodation in rooms and check-in and check-outs.


  1. Accommodation in a double room requires a total of 2 people.
  2. Accommodation in apartment requires a total of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  3. Accommodation for a single requires one person.
  4. Check-In at 14:00; check-out at 12:00.
  5. Tax for late check-out is 250 lei (check-out is no later than 19:00 and is based on availability)

Reservation Policy:

Cancellation policy defines how to treat and how to cancel bookings.


  1. If canceled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  2. If canceled later or in case of no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the first night.
  3. The reservation must be confirmed the day of arrival until 12 o'clock, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Deposit Policy:

This policy defines prepayment / deposit.


  1. The reservation is guaranteed the moment of payment of an advance of 30% of the total for package tours, or the first night if the reservation is one or two nights.
  2. Deposit not refundable in case of cancellation for deals and packages.
  3. The police hotel is not refund the accommodation when booking early departure.

Internet

This describes what type of internet is available, the location of the hotel and at what cost.


  1. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Policy "Children and extra beds"

This policy defines the possibility of accommodating for the children and the availability of extra beds.

Since pensinea is "family friendly", all children are welcome.


  1. For children may require extra beds, depending on each avaibility.
  2. Number of extra beds in a room maximum is 1.
  3. Children up to 4 years have bed and breakfast free if they use existing beds.
  4. Children aged 4-9 years pay a fee of 30 lei that includes breakfast and facilities acces.
  5. Children aged 10-13 years pay a fee of 35 lei that includes breakfast and facilities acces.
  6. Children over 14 years pay a fee of 40 lei that includes breakfast and facilities acces.

Parking

It specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if in the street or in a garage and what are the costs.


  1. It is possible to free public parking on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets

This policy sets if pets are allowed or not.


  1. Pets are not allowed.

Access policy facilities:


  1. Access to the hotel facilities is not an exclusivity to those accommodated, outside clients have access as well
  2. Access to facilities guesthouse is in range:
    08:00 - 22:00
  3. Access to the club, fishing lake, park, playground for children, kitchen is in the range:
    08:00 - 22:00
  4. Access Spa is in the range:
    10:00 - 21:00 from Tuesday to Sunday
    12:00 - 21:00 Monday
  5. We reserve the right to change the hours of access to the spa depending on the needs of technical maintenance center.
  6. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain facilities of the hotel for technical reasons, or for the safety of tourists, without prior notice of this fact

Restaurant policy

Treat the operation of the restaurant and the gazebo:


  1. The Restaurant is:
    08:00 - 22:00
  2. Last Order to the kitchen is 1h before close.
  3. All meals are served in the A la Carte system.
  4. It is prohibited placing beverages and food from outside.
  5. Any can use the gazebo, which includes grill and oven, but only with our products for reasons of food safety.

Breakfast

Treats how breakfast is served :


  1. We reserve the right to serve a buffet or a la carte breakfast, depending on the number of tourists, without prior notice.
